• Coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation with Chinese wok experience.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste through effective stock management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Address any customer feedback or concerns related to food service promptly and professionally.
