Description

An exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our talented and experienced kitchen team.
Set in the heart of Marylebone, OPSO introduced and established the Modern Greek food in London’s dining scene since 2014, combining the contemporary culinary perspective with the famous Greek hospitality. We are a multi-award-winning restaurant with significant distinctions in the culinary world received throughout the years. We pride ourselves in the quality of our food, cooking with the freshest, seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
We are looking to recruit a passionate Chef De Partie to join our team. You will be expected to work at highest level and capable of working through a busy a la carte service. While experience with Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage, it’s not essential. This is a great opportunity for a CDP wishing to learn and progress along our senior chefs’ team. As part of our team, you’ll benefit from hands-on training led by our Senior Chefs, learning advanced techniques and contemporary cooking methods to take your skills to the next level.
Salary: up to £35,100 per year.
Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Previous experience of 2-3 years as a CDP in a high-end hospitality venue.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards.
-Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure minimal food waste.
-Prepare and execute high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, presentation, and flavour.
-Adapt to a fast-paced kitchen, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
-Eagerness to learn and progress within our team
