  • Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and proper equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
