Description Duties and Responsibilities: ? Adheres to safe-food handling and storage procedures ? Provides special dietary needs as ordered by the MD, dietician, and nursing director ? Offers students a variety and adequate amount of food to meet their dietary needs ? Serves meals in a timely manner adhering to the Telos schedule ? Helps to prepare extra-large meals for Family Days—five times per year ? Ability to maintain a clean work environment ? Completes other assignments as given by supervisor Requirements Qualifications: ? Organized, Dependable, Coachable, Proactive ? Knowledge of basic nutrition ? Must complete Direct Care Training ? Current food-handler’s permit ? Ability to create and prepare weekly meals ? Ability to hold appropriate boundaries ? Reliable and dependable ? Pass a criminal background check ?
