Description

The Kitchen Cleaner will report to the Executive Chef. The kitchen cleaner will be responsible for the assigned jobs related to the day-to-day operations of the school. Job Role & Responsibilities Dishwashing of children tray & cutlery Keeping the IC Drain & Scupper drain clean at all times Cleaning & clearing all rubbish to the collection area daily Cleaning & mopping of kitchen floor, dry store & Chef Office Clean daily Cleaning of all walk-in chillers & all fridges Washing of catering tablecloths & cooking cloth daily. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen Working experience in school setting is desirable Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task and work independently Have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate All applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
