Our cooks mostly fry fish and seafood. Some dishwashing will be required. The work is fast paced but not difficult physically.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
  Harbor House in Johnson City is a great place to work. The hours are flexible for students and we are closed on Sunday and Monday every week which insured regular days off

• Prepare raw ingredients, and follow strict recipes.
• Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
