JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in food preparation according to standard recipes, photographs, and instructions.
• Prepare and cook dishes across different kitchen stations as directed.
• Ensure timely delivery of food items with consistent standards and presentation.
• Maintain an organised workstation to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Monitor and implement portion control to minimise spoilage and wastage.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
