The Kitchen Design Consultant Job Responsibilities Include:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and proactively generate new leads and sales.
• Use your creativity and design expertise to transform customer ideas into practical, inspiring kitchen designs.
• Learn and utilise design software (such as CAD) to create detailed and accurate kitchen plans.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the design process, from initial consultation to final installation.
• Work towards and achieve sales targets set for the kitchen design business.
• Collaborate with other store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.

SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE KITCHEN DESIGN CONSULTANT ROLE

• A background in interior sales, interior design, or an interiors customer-facing role is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships with clients.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform ideas into designs.
• Highly professional and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic
• Ability to use design software (such as CAD)
