We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional design services while driving sales.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for both the design and sales process, helping customers bring their kitchen visions to life. You will work closely with clients, assess their needs, create innovative designs, and guide them through the selection of materials and products. Your role will also involve achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth project experience from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in kitchen design, interior design, or a related field (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry.
  • Proficiency in kitchen design software (AutoCAD, 20-20, Mozaik, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of kitchen products, trends, and materials is a plus.
  • A passion for design and helping customers create their ideal kitchen.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, Validate and Signup new customers like Architects, Interior Designers, Renovation companies, Builders, Commercial builders & developers.
  • Find new residential clients through cold calling, social media and traditional marketing practices.
  • Consult with clients to understand their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Create detailed, custom kitchen designs using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 20-20, Mozaik).
  • Provide product recommendations and advice on cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and finishes.
  • Prepare quotes, presentations, and 3D renderings for client review.
  • Manage client relationships, offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales.
  • Coordinate with contractors, installers, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Stay current on kitchen design trends, product offerings, and industry best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to customers after project completion, ensuring satisfaction.
