  • Ensure all designs comply with health, safety, food hygiene, and building regulation standards.
  • Prepare presentation drawings and visualisations for client review and approval.
  • Support senior designers and project managers with coordination, design reviews, and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Revit (essential).
  • Strong CAD design background, ideally within foodservice, catering, hospitality, or a related design discipline.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to work confidently with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.

Desirable Qualifications / Experience

  • Degree, HND, or equivalent in Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial kitchen design or foodservice consultancy.
  • Familiarity with catering equipment suppliers, specifications, and operational kitchen workflows.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards, food hygiene regulations, and construction processes.
