Seeking a talented and creative Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients’ visions into reality through innovative design solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets while providing exceptional service throughout the design process. Your expertise in layout design, renovation, and sales will be crucial in delivering outstanding kitchen-bath spaces that enhance functionality and style.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field such as interior design or remodeling.
• Strong background in sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed designs.
• Familiarity with construction processes and renovation projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $22.50 - $44.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

• Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences.
• Create detailed kitchen layouts using CAD software.
• Provide expert advice on materials & finishes to enhance the overall design.
• Conduct product demos and explain features to clients.
• Manage the entire design process from initial consultation through installation.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and work alone, if needed.
