JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in kitchen design or related fields such as interior design or remodeling is preferred.
  • Strong background in outside sales or high-end retail sales with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and renovation projects is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in design software including SketchUp and CAD is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in layout design and project management.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen renovations.
  • Utilize design software such as SketchUp and CAD to create detailed kitchen layouts and designs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on materials, appliances, and fixtures.
  • Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while upselling additional products or services that enhance the overall kitchen design.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in kitchen design, lighting design, and renovation techniques to provide innovative solutions.
  • Assist with inventory management, stocking of materials, and merchandising within the showroom environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to maintenance, product specifications, and installation processes.
