The Marble Group are an established company which has been running for 15 years and we are also one of the fastest growing within the UK. Our clients range from private customers, kitchen companies, developers and architects.
We are looking for a project manager, the role about ensuring the information gathered from the customer is correct before we begin production. You are responsible for ensuring the project runs seamlessly and on time once we have the customer requirements for their worktops. We want somebody who cars about good customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Our Project manangers/ Customer Service Executives liaise with both B2B customers (Trade showrooms) and B2C customers (End users), as well as being responsible for checking information, reading plans, receiving payments prior to commencement of production of jobs and responding to quotations.
As a project manager you will learn organisational, communication and technical knowledge skills in a busy, fast paced environment and the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers. Working closely with our fitting and factory teams is vital to ensure smooth transition from a job going from production to being fitted.
You will also learn about the processes involved in our production, how to read plan drawings, how use the laser template software and gain knowledge on the materials that we provide such as granite, quartz, marble and ceramics.
You will also develop strong customer service skills as you will be dealing directly with customers to ensure that jobs are scheduled correctly and efficiently.
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
Salary up to £26,000 to £32,000 dependant on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
