Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM -5:30 PM

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Kitchen Expeditor, you’ll serve as the crucial link between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Your main resposibility is to ensure all dishes are prepared, plated, and delivered in a timely and organized manner, with accuracy and consistency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Check each dish before it leaves the kitchen for accuracy, presentation, and completeness.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, cooks, and servers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line.
  • Ensure proper food safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in plating and preparing desserts.
  • Setting up expo line with garnishes and condiments.
  • Restocking expo line with plates, bowls, etc.
  • Baking and stocking bread for table service.
  • General prep cook duties in between lunch & dinner service.
