REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or other relevant construction fields.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and techniques, including knowledge of schematics.
• Ability to perform plastering, carpentry, masonry, and construction painting tasks as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics to execute fitting tasks accurately.
