Job Description Sofitel Wellington invites you to elevate your career as a Kitchen Hand, where luxury meets impeccable service. We are looking for a friendly and energetic Part-time Kitchen Hand who can join our awesome Kitchen Team! Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to support daily kitchen operations Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times Assist with keeping work areas, equipment, and kitchen sections clean, organised, and compliant at all times Maintaining the cleanliness of the cooking and storage areas Dishwashing Mise en place (basic food preparation, assisting the chefs) This role is Part-Time (Minimum 8 hours per week) - Must hold full NZ working rights.
