Job Description Key Responsibilities: Clean kitchen equipment, general kitchen areas, dishes, show kitchen, banquet kitchen etc. Maintain kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness at all times. Assist with goods receival and storage of deliveries. Time permitting - Assist with basic food preparation. Help unload deliveries and manage stock rotation. Dispose of waste and recycling maintain cleanliness. Provide general support to chefs and kitchen staff if called upon. Qualifications Requirements: Experience required (kitchen / cleaning experience is a requirement). Minimum three shifts required Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Basic knowledge of food safety (training may be provided). Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Take ownership of the kitchen areas and focus on a high level of detail cleaning especially in guest facing open kitchens. Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Good availability across the week. Self-driven, able to work without direct supervision at times. Team player who understands the common goal of cleanliness’ and hygiene.
