We are seeking a highly motivated Part Time- Kitchen Hand to join our welcoming team to help provide the highest quality experience for our guests at our Adelaide Domestic Lounges. Job Description As a Kitchen Hand, your role is pivotal in maintaining the sparkle of our kitchen. Your main responsibilities involve upholding cleanliness, including dishware, utensils, and workspaces, all while strictly adhering to hygiene standards. You are an integral part of the kitchen team, collaborating seamlessly to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests. What you will be doing: Maintain impeccable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment, using both commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors Disinfect and clean, ensuring the proper sequence of chemical usage Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Having practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is a plus Have an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude and a positive and motivated demeanour You thrive working within a diverse team in a fast-paced environment You must have the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster- with the shifts primarily being 1700-2230 Additional Information Additional Information Great benefits with two iconic travel partners - Accor and Qantas!
