We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand with a minimum of 12 months of experience to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs with basic food preparation, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during busy service hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

• Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are always maintained
• Unpack and store deliveries appropriately
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed during service
• Remove rubbish and ensure kitchen waste is properly managed
