Casa Rugantino is looking for a strong addition to add to our growing team. looking for someone reliable, passionate, and creative to grow within our business. This a is family run restaurant, with a close knit staff, we have a lot of fun together in and out of work hours.

The restaurant remains closed Sunday through Monday to give employees a real weekend, and we will occasionally close for a additional day on long weekends to allow staff to have time to relax and refresh. While at work we believe in working hard, giving everything you do full effort, and taking pride in your work.

Pizza making positions, and to line cook positions.

• You must be able to work evenings and weekends, and holidays. Closed Sundays & Mondays.
• Follow health and safety protocols.
• You must take pride in your work and be able to keep up to a standard.
• Extremely fast paced, team working environment, knowledge in Italian food and willingness to learn required.
• Positive, upbeat, professional attitude required to insure positive dining experience for our valued customers.
• Self motivated and disciplined, ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to have a helpful attitude to entire team, to ensure successful service.
• Willingness to listen to customer feedback, and make things right if there is a complaint.
• Completes cleaning according to daily schedules and dishwashing washing as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year(s) experience, and references
• Self-motivated, high energy level, good at multitasking
• Willingness to take feedback and instruction
• Good teamwork skills, willingness to help in all areas of service
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of kitchen skills, and Italian cuisine
