We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our team. As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork are key.

• Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, portioning).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in accordance with food safety standards.
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as directed.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Ensure rubbish and recycling are removed and disposed of correctly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the team with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
