FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Hand and Cook Service Staff. In this role, you will support kitchen operations, assist in preparing meals, and ensure that food is handled and presented to the highest standards. Your contribution will play an important part in maintaining a smooth workflow and delivering a great dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist cooks with food preparation, portioning, and plating
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • Support in receiving, unpacking, and storing food deliveries
  • Follow food safety and handling procedures at all time
  • Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in dishwashing and sanitization when required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

  • Experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of food handling and safety protocol
