COOK/KITCHEN HAND - BOH STAFF

We are looking for passionate and hardworking BOH staff to join our kitchen team!

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a BOH staff, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Supporting chefs and other team members during service
- Following food safety regulations and proper handling procedures

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not essential
• Basic cooking skills with an understanding of Korean cuisine (training provided)
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
• Valid visa allowing legal work in Australia (e.g., Working Holiday, Student, PR, etc.)
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
