We are a casual dining restaurant, opened March 24, selling artisan pizzas and burgers from the restaurant to the rear of The Black Horse Inn in Cavan town.
This is a varied role involving cooking, customer service, cleaning, taking payments, using our online portal etc. You will be involved with all aspects of running a busy kitchen and restaurant.
Full training will be given but some experience preferred and applicants with kitchen, cooking or restaurant experience will be given preference. Initially you would be trained up on one main station (stretching pizza dough / operating stone-baked oven / operating grill) and take ownership of that for 1 month before moving on to another station.
Please note there are very limited public transport options from Cavan at night so position may not be suitable for anyone without their own transport or living within walking distance of Cavan town. Please confirm your current location on application.
