Requirements:
- Good physical stamina with the ability to carry up to 50 lbs for short distances
- Proven experience as a cook
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is desirable
- Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage

• Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production code
