  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling practices at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs of dishwashing equipment to management.
