Innovative, passionate about great food and quality service? If this sounds like you, join a market leader in Hospitality services! We’re looking for a Casual Kitchenhands for one of our prestigious locations in the Docklands Melbourne to work shifts between 6.30am – 9pm, Monday to Friday.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous Hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience at washing pots, dishes in a high-volume location.
• Experience in general food preparation and presentation.
• Food and hygiene food safety certificates preferred.
• Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner
• Excellent verbal communication.

• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment and appliances promptly and thoroughly.
• Goods receiving and recording temps. Unpack and store deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food storage areas. Cleaning work surfaces, floors and equipment regularly.
• Assist with basic food preparation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
