KITCHEN DUTIES:

• Prepare and cook food items according to set recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing workstations
• Handle closing tasks such as oil filtering, surface sanitization, and garbage disposal
• Support food prep including batter making and basic station setup

FRONT-OF-HOUSE DUTIES:

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Pack orders and maintain cleanliness of the front area
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces as part of closing duties
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
