We’re a brand-new charcoal chicken shop opening in the heart of Thirroul! Our goal is to serve fresh, delicious food with great service in a welcoming, local atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join us from day one and help build something special.

We’re hiring all-rounders who can assist across the shop. Tasks may include:

• Preparing and serving food (charcoal chicken, salads, sides, etc.)
• Taking orders and handling cash/EFTPOS
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assisting with opening/closing duties
