About the Role We are seeking dedicated and passionate Kitchen Hands to join Monarto Safari Resort & Safari Lodge. You would be responsible for assisting the Chefs in the kitchen with food preparation and cleaning of kitchen spaces and equipment, to ensure ensure efficient delivery of service. This role requires evening, weekend and public holiday availability. Some of your responsibilities will include: Assisting with food preparation, including washing, peeling and preparing ingredients Washing dishes and kitchen equipment Maintaining general cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring hygiene and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areas About You To be successful in this role you will be passionate and proud of the food and service you deliver, and are willing to go above and beyond for our guests.
