Role and Responsibility
· Support day to day operation of kitchen.
. Wash dishes.
· Assist food prep and production.
· Sanitation control.
· Maintain orderliness of food supplies.
. Providing chef with assistance in the kitchen – prepping, cooking and serving as needed, consistent with all recipe and presentation standards.
· Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
Essential Skills and Qualifications
· Cooking experience
· Able to work as part of a positive and close-knit team
· Experience in a fast and busy environment
· Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in English
· 12 months working rights in Australia
Desirable
. Willingness to learn and passion for the industry
· Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
· Able to work quickly and safely with minimal supervision
