Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience. Ahead of our grand reopening in Q1 2027, we’re seeking reliable and hardworking full-time & casual Kitchen Hands to support our culinary team with cleaning, food prep, and daily kitchen operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on hospitality experience while working in a spectacular coastal environment. What will you be doing? Complete daily cleaning duties across kitchen and food preparation areas. Operate dishwashers and maintain crockery, glassware, and equipment. Assist chefs with basic food preparation and organisation. Keep pantry and storage areas clean, tidy, and stocked. Conduct deep cleaning of ovens, grills, and kitchen equipment. Safely handle chemicals and follow the Food Safety Program. Support smooth daily kitchen operations as part of the wider team. What are we looking for in you? Previous experience in kitchens, hotels, or hospitality roles desirable. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safe work practices. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. Food Safety Certificate required.
