THE ROLE

Is based in our busy kitchen, working alongside our great team to deliver amazing food and first-class service. Your time will be spent but not limited to adhering to cleaning duties such as washing and loading the dishwashers, basic housekeeping as well as supporting our Head Chef and his team.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

· Kitchen cleaning, pot washing and heavy cleaning procedures.
· Maintaining a clean work service environment
· Adhering to food hygiene and OH/S
· Maintaining a strong working relationship with the team
