Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Kitchen Hand at SoHo, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Your main duties will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining general kitchen areas, including dishwashing and waste management.
  • Unpacking and signing off deliveries, ensuring stock is rotated and packed away properly.
  • Ensuring all food is prepared and handled in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked food preparation area.
  • Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily service targets and standards.

To be considered for this role, you must display the following:

  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, ideally in a Kitchen Hand or similar role
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving stock.
  • Organised and efficient with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn & can-do attitude.
  • Will have flexible availability between Monday to Friday
