We’re Hiring: Front-of-House Staff / Kitchen Assistant / Trainee Store Manager
Near The University of Sydney / Redfern Station / Fast-Casual Restaurant
We are a fast-growing one-person-meal brand, focused on fresh stir-fry, efficient service, and clean, standardized operations. As our business expands, we are looking for experienced staff to join our friendly and reliable team.

Positions Available:

• Front-of-House Staff (Full-time / Part-time)
• Kitchen Assistant (Full-time / Part-time)
• Trainee Store Manager (Full-time)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service / hospitality
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, reliable, and a strong team player
• English communication skills required
• Kitchen Assistant: must be comfortable with prep work, handling hot food, and kitchen hygiene
• Trainee Manager: experience in team coordination or shift management is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Front-of-House: taking orders, packaging food, preparing drinks, maintaining front area cleanliness
• Kitchen Assistant: assisting with food prep, plating, cleaning, and kitchen support
• Trainee Manager: assisting with daily operations, team supervision, shift scheduling

Shifts:

• Day and evening shifts available, could be flexible
• Minimum 3 shifts/week
• Flexible scheduling, working visa and students welcome

Pay Rates (Including Superannuation):

• Front-of-House: $25–$38/hr (depending on experience)
• Kitchen Assistant: $25–$32/hr
• Trainee Manager: $30–$35/hr and up (negotiable for the right candidate)
• Opportunities for promotion and bonuses based on performance

• Near The University of Sydney, close to public transport
• 1 min walk to Redfern Train Staion
