POSITION: Kitchen Help
REPORTS TO: Chef The Club
The Arlberg Ski Club is a private ski club located at the Mary Jane base in Winter Park, Colorado. We offer our members and their guests a true ski-in/ski-out experience across six buildings—five for lodging and one main clubhouse that houses our dining room, Great Room for socializing, and boot room with lockers.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking seasonal and/or year-round kitchen staff who are energetic, upbeat, and team-oriented, and who are eager to grow their culinary skills. Our open kitchen environment requires staff who are comfortable in guest-facing roles and who are committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience. Duties include food prep, basic cooking, cleaning, dishwashing, organizing supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout a shift
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
  • A good sense of humor and team spirit are highly valued
    Education Level: High school education or GED required
    Experience Level: Some experience required
