As a member of our culinary team, you will provide the highest quality of customer service at all times, while preparing and cooking meals requiring short preparation time, including:
Reading food orders/receiving verbal instructions on meal required by customer and preparing accordingly

TASTING PRODUCTS, READING MENUS, ESTIMATING FOOD REQUIREMENTS, CHECKING PRODUCTION AND KEEPING RECORDS TO ACCURATELY PLAN PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT

Maintaining a clean and sanitized work station and following all Sodexo, client, and regulatory rules and health/safety procedures

DISHROOM DUTIES AS PER NEEDED

Working a grill or other front of the house line over lunch, interacting and dealing with the public
