JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably with 1 year’s relevant experience in general kitchen operations, food safety & hygiene guidelines and practices, etc.
• Minimum secondary school education and with a valid food safety course level 1 certificate
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to work independently and support other team members proactively
  in a fast-paced environmen

• Assist the Chef in basic food/ingredient preparation including washing, peeling, cutting/slicing, chopping etc.
• Wash , clean & make dry the dishes, utensils, pots, pans, chopping boards, kitchen equipment etc.
• Pack takeout orders for customers
• Clean and sanitising the food preparation areas.
• Sweeping & mopping the floor and emptying rubbish bins.
• Receive and store supplies & food ingredients in appropriate & hygienic ways.
• Followed all food safety & hygiene guidelines and standards.
• Other duties assigned as needed
