Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Support cooking staff by preparing ingredients and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Operate kitchen equipment (tandoor clay oven, fryer, stove, etc.).
  • Cook or assist with cooking under the supervision of the head chef or cook.
  • Maintain correct cooking times and temperatures for different Indian dishes.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Help with meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and assist in serving food as needed.
