  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs and cooks with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients using proper knife skills.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Help with inventory management by receiving, storing, and labeling food products appropriately.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and cleanup.
  • Support the culinary team during busy service periods to ensure timely meal delivery.
  • Follow all kitchen procedures and guidelines to promote a positive work atmosphere.
