POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Team Member, you’ll assist with a variety of tasks to keep our kitchen and front-of-house running smoothly. This includes food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be reliable and punctual – showing up for scheduled shifts is essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous restaurant, bakery, or customer service experience is an asset (but not required – we’ll train the right person)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Arrive on time and ready to work for all assigned shifts
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Assist with preparing and packaging food items (bakery & BBQ)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Take direction from management and complete tasks as assigned
