• Prepare sushi, rolls, salads, and other dishes as guided by the chef
• Assist in preparing drinks and breakfast items for the menu
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
• Ensure proper food hygiene and safety at all times
• Support the chef and team during busy hours
