POSITION OVERVIEW:

Bebek Restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Helper for the Hot Section to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Turkish dishes in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Turkish Restaurant experience is a must.
• Must currently be based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English; both spoken and written.
• Flexible and willing to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

• Assist chefs and cooks in preparing and cooking Turkish dishes in the hot section of the kitchen.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Help with food storage and ingredient preparation.
• Follow instructions from chefs to ensure timely and high-quality food output.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
