Responsibilities
  • Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Help with meal preparation by assembling ingredients and following recipes as directed.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak service times by providing assistance where needed.
  • Stock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
  • Participate in regular cleaning duties, including deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and areas.
