We are looking for a part-time Kitchen Helper / Pizza & Salad Station helper to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be hardworking & motivated. Must also be 18+ years of age and available to work between the hours of 2 pm to midnight, Tuesday through Saturday. Only candidates legally permitted to work in Canada will be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated, hardworking, friendly, adaptable and highly customer focused.
  • Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and an ability to multi-task.
  • Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment required.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Must reside in the Edmonton or St Albert region. No applicants from other cities/countries will be considered.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Wash Dishes, including scrubbing of pots, pans and silverware.
  • Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Stock refrigerators and salad bar.
  • Prepare high-quality pizzas, salads & appies according to restaurant guidelines & customer orders.
  • Plate or package menu items appropriately.
  • Manage food tickets and ensure that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean workstation and sterilize equipment.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Handle and store cleaning products.
  • Sweep & mop floors.
  • Other duties as required.
