• Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed
• Support cooking staff with food preparation tasks, including assembling dishes and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
• Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages
• Participate in catering events by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
