We are hiring a Commercial Kitchen Hood, Duct & Ecology Unit Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning company in Dubai. The role requires hands-on experience in kitchen exhaust systems, ecology units, and water tank cleaning. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
Perform professional cleaning of kitchen hoods, ducts, exhaust fans, and filters.
Carry out ecology unit cleaning and maintenance, including carbon filters and water scrubbers.
Conduct water tank cleaning and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
Inspect ventilation and ecology systems to identify issues and report maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, NFPA 96, and hygiene regulations.
Operate cleaning equipment (pressure washers, foam machines, etc.) safely and effectively.
Take before/after photos of every service to submit to management after work for report submission.
Assist with related cleaning services (façade, signage, ac ducting etc.) when required.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in water tank cleaning and ecology unit cleaning.
Prior experience in kitchen hood/duct/exhaust cleaning.
Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
Willingness to work flexible hours (night/early morning shifts when required).
Basic English communication skills.
UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
