POSITION SUMMARY The Kitchen Hygiene Executive will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene across all culinary operations. This role is critical in ensuring our kitchens operate in full compliance with health regulations and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily kitchen hygiene operations across all food preparation and service areas * Implement and monitor HACCP protocols to ensure food safety compliance. * Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections. * Prepare and submit detailed hygiene reports to management. * Collaborate with kitchen and stewarding teams to uphold sanitation standards. * Train associates on hygiene procedures and food safety best practices. Key Requirements: * Experience in hygiene auditing and reporting. * Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety systems. * Diploma or Certificate in Food Safety, Environmental Health, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Must have legal working rights in Fiji.
