Job Description Oversee daily kitchen administration, including schedules, inventory, and documentation. Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation procedures across all kitchen areas. Conduct regular inspections and staff training on food safety standards (FSMS). Maintain accurate records for temperature control, cleaning schedules, and pest management. Support the Executive Chef and culinary team in audits, purchasing, and cost control tasks. Ensure full compliance with local health regulations and brand standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment. Certified in Food Safety Management (FSMS). Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
