Provide support to the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) Acts as shift leader and lead all staff working in the kitchen Upholds all company values and service standards at all times Assist with conducting pre-shift huddles Achieve operational directives Communicates problems or issues to the MOD Communicates effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures Work with team to accomplish targets Ensure the safety and health of employees & guests at all times Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested COMPETENCIES Decision-making and problem solving Conflict resolution Organizing and planning Resource allocation and management Delegation Communication Attention to detail Coaching Stress tolerance Team member Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years Restaurant Experience Must be dependable & have drive to succeed Working experience in a casual dining atmosphere Background screening required Location Lexington, South Carolina Department TS 6 Employment Type Part-Time
